Terms of use
The basis on which this website is provided.
About this website
This website is operated by KR Notary & Bookkeeping Services. By using it, you agree to the terms described on this page.
Not legal advice
KR Notary & Bookkeeping Services provides notary and bookkeeping services. It is not a law firm, a title company, or a real estate brokerage, and it does not provide legal advice or legal representation. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.
Not tax, accounting, or financial advice
KR Notary & Bookkeeping is not a certified public accounting firm. Bookkeeping services are recordkeeping services. KR Notary & Bookkeeping does not prepare or file tax returns, provide tax advice, perform audits, reviews, or compilations, or provide investment, financial planning, or business advisory services. Reports produced through bookkeeping services are prepared for your internal use and are not audited or reviewed financial statements. For tax and accounting advice, consult a licensed CPA or tax professional.
What a notary does
A notary public acts as an impartial witness to a signing and verifies the identity of the signers. A notary does not prepare documents, explain their contents, or advise whether you should sign them.
Appointment requests
Submitting a preferred appointment date and time through this website is a request, not a booking. An appointment exists only once KR Notary & Bookkeeping has confirmed it directly with you. Availability, service areas, and fees are confirmed at the time of scheduling.
Bookkeeping engagements
Bookkeeping work begins only under a separately agreed scope and fee. Nothing on this website creates an engagement, and enquiries submitted through the contact form do not by themselves commit either party to anything.
Accuracy of information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, including names, contact details, document descriptions, and the financial records, statements, and source documents supplied for bookkeeping. Bookkeeping output can only be as accurate as the information it is built from.
No guarantee of outcome
A notarization confirms identity and witnesses a signature. KR Notary & Bookkeeping does not guarantee that any document will be accepted by a third party, that any deadline will be met by other parties, or that any transaction will complete. Bookkeeping services do not guarantee any particular tax, financial, or business result.
Refusal of service
A notary is required to decline a notarization in certain circumstances, including when a signer cannot be properly identified, does not appear to understand the document, or does not appear to be signing willingly.

This website may link to services operated by others. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and KR Notary & Bookkeeping is not responsible for their content.
