Professional notary services you can count on
Mobile, professional notary services for individuals, businesses, and real estate-related documents — brought to you.
What a notary actually does
A notary public serves as an impartial witness during the signing of certain documents and helps verify the identity of the individuals signing them.
The notary confirms that the signer is who they say they are, that they are signing willingly, and that they appear to understand what they are signing. Once that is established, the notary completes the notarial certificate and applies their seal.
A notary does not draft your documents, explain what they mean, or advise you on whether to sign. Those questions belong with the party who prepared the document or with an attorney.
Some notarizations can now happen over a secure video connection instead of in person. Here is how remote online notarization works.

A notarization, start to seal

Share your preferred date, a time window, and a short description of the document.
Get confirmed
Availability is checked and the appointment is confirmed with you directly before anything is set.

Bring valid photo identification and the complete document, with the signature lines still blank.
The signing
Identity is verified, the document is reviewed for completeness, and signing takes place in front of the notary.
Seal and record
The notarial certificate is completed, the seal is applied, and the act is recorded in the notary journal.
What RON actually is
RON stands for Remote Online Notarization. It is a fully digital process where a signer and a licensed notary public complete a notarization over a secure audio-video connection instead of meeting in the same room.
The notarial act itself does not change — identity is still verified, the signer still signs willingly and knowingly, and the notary still applies a seal. What changes is that all of it happens over a recorded video session with digital documents rather than across a table with paper.
How RON works
Identity verification
Signers prove who they are online using security checks such as knowledge-based authentication — answering questions drawn from personal history — or credential analysis, which scans and validates an ID like a driver’s license.
Live video session
The signer and the notary join a real-time web conference to review and discuss the paperwork together.
Electronic signature
The signer applies a secure, tamper-evident electronic signature to the digital document.
Digital seal
The notary signs with their own electronic signature and attaches an official digital notarial seal.
Session recording
The audio-video meeting is recorded and stored in a secure digital journal for compliance and safety.
The main benefits
Convenience
You can get documents notarized from any location using a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access.
Speed
It removes travel time and the need to mail physical paper back and forth.
Security
Advanced digital tools and full audit trails make RON harder to forge than traditional paper notarization.
This page explains how remote online notarization works so you know what to expect. If you would like to know whether your document can be handled remotely, ask when you send your appointment request and you will get a direct answer.
What to have ready
A few minutes of preparation is usually the difference between a five-minute appointment and a rescheduled one.
Valid photo identification
Every signer needs current, government-issued photo identification. The name on the ID should match the name on the document.
The complete document
Bring the full document, including the notarial certificate page. Leave the signature lines blank — signing happens in front of the notary.
All required signers
Everyone whose signature needs to be notarized must be present at the appointment with their own identification.
Any witnesses the document requires
Some documents call for additional witnesses. Check your paperwork ahead of time, and mention it when you book so the appointment is set up correctly.
Schedule a notary appointment
Send your preferred date and time along with a short description of the document. We will confirm availability and follow up with the details.
